We are taking our classic A O Wheeler Mountain Retreat, moving it to Canmore, and winterizing it into our GALENTINE'S MOUNTAIN RETREAT!
With cozy fires, community meals, winter hikes, and fun winter activities - this is a winter event you DO NOT want to miss!
This all-ladies meet up is at your own pace. Enjoy the beautiful Bell cabin in Canmore, challenge yourself on hikes, zen to mountain yoga, capture the beauty of the mountains, and more!

Join us in Canmore for our Galentine's Mountain Retreat!
Parking near the hut. Only 10 minutes from downtown Canmore.
This trip's schedule is flexible. We will go with the flow of the ladies attending. Yoga is optional.
Are you not feeling a hike that day? Check out mellow walks, winter activities, or sights in the area.
We all cook and clean together, so we encourage everyone to be around the hut during meals.
Level of Difficulty:
No previous experience is necessary but a general fitness level is needed if you choose to hike. You will be able to choose the hikes that best suit your needs. You will need to carry your personal gear plus food and water for a short distance each day.
There is no guide present on this adventure. These hikes are taken at your own risk.
Transportation to hut is not provided.
Registration can only be completed once you have read our terms and conditions.
This adventure will be cancelled if we do not have enough registrants. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your ticket purchase.

How are The Lady Alliance events different from other events?
The number one goal is to introduce you to other kick-ass, adventurous women. It’s all about building community! Our second goal is to introduce you to the outdoors. It’s quite the thing to witness, putting a group of women who are passionate about the outdoors in an epic location. We know it’s a cliche thing to say… but it’s where the magic happens.
Do you arrange transport to the event?
No, all transport to and from the event will be your responsibility unless stated otherwise. We will encourage you to join us on our Facebook group The Lady Alliance Community to help you plan your carpool rides!
When should I book my flight?
We have a minimum number of attendees for this trip to carry through. If you are booking a flight to the location of this event please hold off booking until we have confirmed with you that the minimum number has been reached. Be sure to book a day that allows you to get there before the arrival date and time!
Is food included?
Yes. Unless otherwise specified in the trip itinerary or information.
Is there a minimum age for this event?
Unless otherwise mentioned, 19+ for all events in Canada. 21+ for all events in the USA.
I want to book with friends. How do I do that?
The best way is to add all of the tickets to one cart, that way you know if we have enough spaces.
I'm coming solo. Is that okay?
YES! More than 70% of women who sign up for our trips, sign up solo.
Is a deposit required to secure my place?
Deposits, or full payments, vary trip by trip. Payment prior to the trip is needed to secure your place.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds but you can transfer your ticket. If you can no longer make the event, please get in touch to discuss transferring your ticket.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of The Lady Alliance retreats, we don’t offer refunds. We do, however, offer transfers. You are responsible for finding someone to transfer your ticket to and arranging the exchange of funds for your ticket. If you can no longer make the event, please get in touch to discuss transferring your ticket.
Who will be managing our trip?
One or two of our awesome chapter coordinators will be running your retreat!
Do I have to join in on all the activities?
No. You are not required to join in on all the activities. You can still join us on the retreat, the ticket price remains the same. You do you!
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Let’s be honest, Mother Nature never cooperates. That’s why we love her. Keep an eye on the forecast and pack accordingly. We never let uncooperative weather ruin our fun!
